Information we process

• Contact and business details you submit, including name, work email, company, website, project stage, budget range, timing, links, project context, the originating page and campaign tags provided with your enquiry.
• A public website URL submitted to the audit, together with the public page content and metadata needed to produce the result.
• Limited technical and security data, such as IP address, request time, browser signals, and Cloudflare Turnstile verification results, to prevent spam and abuse.
• Basic, aggregated traffic and performance measurements when Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled. It is configured without cookies or cross-site tracking.

Why we use it

We process submitted information to answer enquiries, assess a potential project, provide the requested website audit, protect the service, improve site reliability, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Depending on the context, the legal basis may be taking steps at your request before a contract, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, consent where specifically requested, or compliance with law.

Service providers and AI

Information may be processed by hosting, security, lead-delivery, email, and infrastructure providers acting on our behalf. Cloudflare Turnstile is used for anti-abuse checks. Upstash Redis stores temporary request counters keyed by a hashed IP address to limit abuse; these counters expire after 10 or 15 minutes. Resend or a configured CRM may deliver enquiries to the operator. ntfy may provide an alert that a new enquiry arrived, but the alert does not contain the sender’s name, email, company, or project details. If the AI-assisted audit is enabled, the submitted public URL and a limited extract of public page content may be sent to the configured AI provider to produce recommendations. We do not send private account credentials or private website content through the audit.

To help the operator answer enquiries, the submitted business context and email correspondence may be processed through Wiro using Google Gemini to prepare draft replies. The operator can edit these drafts and must approve each outgoing reply. The assistant cannot send messages or take actions on your behalf. Private account credentials are not included in its context.

Retention and sharing

Enquiry records are normally kept for up to 12 months, unless a working relationship begins or a longer period is required for legal, tax, security, or dispute purposes. Short-lived security logs may be retained for up to 30 days. We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers, professional advisers, or authorities where necessary and lawful.

International processing

Some providers may process data in other countries. Where applicable, we use provider terms and recognized transfer safeguards. Your rights and the regulator available to you depend on your location and the operator’s country of residence or registration stated above.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal information, or object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. Email hello@aibusines.online; we may need to verify your identity before acting.

Cookies

The current site does not intentionally set non-essential advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare security services may use strictly necessary technical mechanisms to distinguish legitimate visitors from abuse. If cookie-based analytics or advertising tools are added later, this policy and the consent interface will be updated before those tools load.
