AI Usage Policy
AI is used as a controlled production tool. Responsibility for scope, review, and final delivery stays with people.
Where AI may be used
AI tools may assist with research, information retrieval, classification, drafting, code, design exploration, quality checks, and the public website audit. The tools used depend on the task, risk, client constraints, and provider terms.
Human review
AI output is treated as a draft or signal, not unquestioned fact. Material deliverables are reviewed by a responsible specialist. We do not use the public audit to make employment, credit, insurance, legal, medical, or other consequential decisions about individuals.
Client and confidential data
Confidential client material is not intentionally submitted to a third-party model unless the workflow, provider, and access terms have been agreed for that engagement. We minimize the context sent to providers and do not use client confidential data to train our own public model.
Accuracy and transparency
AI can produce incomplete or incorrect output. Claims, citations, measurements, and high-impact recommendations require verification. Concept cases, modelled targets, and representative metrics are labelled so they are not confused with verified client results.
Project-specific restrictions
Clients can request approved-provider lists, no-model workflows for particular data, regional processing requirements, or additional review controls. Contact hello@aibusines.online before sharing sensitive material.
